Really old Minutes

Whilst having a clear out at home, I found a box containing really old minutes from the 1980's.  These must have been passed to me when I took over as Clerk.  I've uploaded them below if you fancy seeing what was happening back in the Trawden and Winewall Neighbourhood Council days.....
